The short version

Everything you type into a calculator stays in your browser. Inputs and results are never transmitted to us or to anyone else. This site currently sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

Who is responsible

The data controller is the operator of IrishPayCalc (https://irishpaycalc.com). For any privacy matter, write to [email protected].

Calculator inputs

Calculations run entirely client-side in your browser. Figures you enter (salary, benefits, dates) are processed locally and discarded when you leave the page. They are not stored, logged, or sent to any server.

Hosting and server logs

The site is served by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes technical request data (such as IP addresses) as necessary to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare acts as a processor for this purpose; see the Cloudflare privacy policy for details.

Advertising and consent (not yet active)

If advertising is introduced, a consent notice will be shown to all visitors before any advertising cookies are set. You will be able to refuse, and every calculator will keep working after refusal. Your consent choice would then be stored on your device as a strictly necessary preference. This policy will be updated before any such change takes effect.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission ( dataprotection.ie ). Because this site does not collect personal data about you, in most cases there is nothing held to act on — but you can always ask at the address above.
